Pacific Cement Philippines, Inc. is committed to the provision of a clean, orderly and safe working conditions, and the protection from accidental loss of all its resources including employees and physical assets. This commitment shall be fulfilled by providing and maintaining a safe and healthful work environment as indicated by accepted industrial standards and compliance with legislative requirements.

Implementation shall be through the Health and Safety Committee which shall be directly reporting to the Vice President for Operations.

To sustain the health and safety awareness of employees, a continuous training is conducted to all employees and contractors. Testing the established procedures, systems and equipment through scheduled drills to ensure its effectiveness.

Pacemco is geared towards OHSAS 18001 Certification. Trainings on awareness will be conducted this September to employees.
