Portland Cement develops strength faster than Pozzolan Cement but the latter can even level   or  surpass the strength of Portland after 28 days.

Pacific Cement Philippines, Inc. has a technical services team composed of the Technical Sales and Cement Delivery Operations Officer of Sales Division, the Chief Engineer and the Physical Tester of Quality Assurance Department, and the Manager of Project and Process Engineering Department.
